    Well, I suppose the only two sane answers at the moment are wxPython and PyQT. PyQT is licensed (and quite expensive) and wxPython is free but messier. I'd go with wxPython even if it's a bit messier, as it comes with pretty good documentation and being pretty much the de-facto GUI toolkit for Python has a huge community and several GUI editors, etc.
